Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your item has shipped to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at littleblessingsprops@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and you are responsible for shipping the item and shipping charges(shipping charges are non  refundable and will not be refunded).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make sure you have selected the correct size, style and colour of the item, if there is an issue please contact me and we will discuss the issue and go from there on whether an exchange is warranted.  If for some reason an exchange is granted but you choose to not exchange you will be issue a Store Credit for future use of original price paid minus shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If denied you will be issued a Store Credit for the original price paid minus shipping charges.

Processing time:
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. We do our best to ship out all "ready to ship" orders within 2-3 days of receipt.

Estimated delivery times
Canada:
Oversized lettermail (no tracking): 7-10 business days
Regular post: 2-10 business days
ExpressPost: 1-3 business days

UPS: 2-5 business days

Purolator: 2-5 business days

We are located in NB so shipping times vary, within the Maritimes it can be as fast as next day, NL, QC and ON it is typically 3-5 days and western Canada anywhere from 3-9 days.

United States: 4-10 business days
Please note I will ship by UPS regular and typically 4-10 business days depending on location.

We do our best to meet these delivery estimates set by Canada Post, UPS and Purolator but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and your location.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


*Business days in Canada are Monday through Friday. All of our delivery carriers are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all stat holidays so items tend to not move on those days.
